Visora is a business intelligence platform for AI visibility. This page sets out how we measure, how we talk about results, and how we handle your data — in plain English.
We report observations, not certainties
Every finding states what was observed during testing, at what time, on which platform. Where we explain a result, we describe likely contributing factors rather than confirmed causes.
Our methodology is published
Visora Visibility Score v1.2, published July 2026. Reports record the version used so results stay comparable and reproducible over time.
We never promise outcomes
No provider can guarantee inclusion in AI-generated responses, rankings, mentions, traffic, enquiries or revenue. We do not, and we will tell you when something is an estimate.
Your data stays yours
Business and analysis data is scoped to your organisation, never sold and never used to train third-party models. Export or delete it whenever you want.
What the AI Visibility Score is
The AI Visibility Score is a proprietary benchmark developed by Visora. It combines multiple observable signals into a transparent benchmark designed to help businesses understand and monitor their visibility over time.

Every point is traced back to an observation you can inspect.
Repeatable
The same questions are re-tested so runs stay comparable.
Transparent
The published methodology sets out exactly what is measured.
Version controlled
Each report records the scoring model version used.
Timestamped
Every observation carries the date and time it was recorded.
Independent benchmark
Visora provides a proprietary AI Visibility benchmark based on observed testing and published methodology. It is not an official ranking or score issued by OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, Perplexity or any other AI provider.
How we talk about results
Certainty sells, but it is not honest. These are the substitutions applied across the platform, our reports and our sales conversations.

Why results change
AI-generated responses change over time. Testing represents a snapshot taken at the time shown in the report. Results vary with:
- Model version
- Prompt wording
- Date of testing
- Location
- User context
- Platform updates
- Available information
Data, security and your rights
Controls we operate today
- Authenticated accounts with organisation roles: owner, administrator, analyst and viewer.
- Row-level database policies so records are readable only by the organisation that owns them.
- Encryption in transit and at rest provided by our infrastructure providers.
- Least-privilege access to production systems.

Statistics policy
Every statistic used on this website is attributed to its publisher, study, publication year, market and sample size where available, and links to the original source. We do not generalise survey findings beyond what the study supports.
Use of AI outputs
Where AI responses are shown, we display only the extract necessary to support a finding and identify it as an observed output recorded during testing. Findings are summarised rather than reproduced at length.
Improvement services
Improvement services work on observable business signals such as entity clarity, structured data, content coverage, citations and reputation. No provider — including Visora — can guarantee inclusion in AI-generated responses, specific rankings, a number of references, traffic, enquiries or revenue.
