AI Usage Notice

1. Where AI is used

• Question generation: AI is used to draft a representative set of real customer questions for your sector, services and locations. The set is grouped by intent and stored with your report.
• Visibility testing: those questions are submitted to leading AI assistants, and every business named in each response is recorded.
• Summarisation: AI assists in drafting plain-English explanations of findings. Every score and observation is produced by our own deterministic scoring service, not by a language model.

2. What is sent to AI providers

Testing prompts contain business-level information: your business name, sector, services, locations and the customer question being tested. We do not send account credentials, billing details or customer records.

Do not enter personal data into business fields if you do not want it included in testing prompts.

3. What is recorded

• The exact question tested, the platform tested, and the date and time of testing.
• Whether your business was named, in what position, and which other businesses appeared.
• A short extract of the response where it is needed as evidence for a finding.
• The scoring model version applied to the run (Visora Visibility Score v1.2).

4. Use of AI outputs

Where AI responses are shown, we display only the extract necessary to support a finding and identify it as an observed output recorded during testing. Findings are summarised rather than reproduced at length.

5. Limits of AI observation

• AI providers do not publish their selection or ranking logic. Visora reports observed differences and their likely contribution, never confirmed causes.
• Responses vary by model version, prompt wording, date, location, user context, platform updates and available information.
• Repeating the same question can produce different answers. This is why we test a set of questions and report rates rather than single results.
• A report is a snapshot of the moment it was produced, not a permanent state.

6. Independence

Visora is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any AI provider. We do not optimise, influence, manipulate or control AI systems. We measure observable outputs and advise on observable business signals.

7. Model changes and training

AI providers update their models continuously, which can change results independently of anything you do. We record the platform and date for every run so changes can be interpreted in context.

We do not permit your business data to be used to train third-party models where the provider offers that control, and we do not sell or share your analysis data.
